Our fulfillment process typically takes up to 1–4 business days. We provide email tracking information promptly following shipping dispatch. Some orders may have individual tracking codes per item.

If your order has not arrived after 30 business days, please contact us at support@degreeofdenim.com for a refund or replacement.
Potential Delays
Please note that orders may be delayed due to credit approval, customs processing, customization, Made-to-Order products or remote delivery. Most orders ship within 3 business days (up to 5 days during peak times). You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
Shipping Origins & Tracking
All orders are shipped from our locations in the US, Asia, and Europe. If any part of your order is shipped from Asia or Europe, you'll be informed in the order confirmation email. Once your packages have been dispatched, you'll receive one or more emails with your tracking numbers.
Incorrect Addresses
Degree of Denim does not claim liability if an incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. In case you've filled out the wrong address, reach out to us at support@degreeofdenim.com within 24 hours after placing your order so that we can change your address. If we have made an error, we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.
Taxes & Duties
No additional taxes or duties will be charged for your items. In some cases, depending on your country taxes or duties may still apply once you recieve the order. If this is the case please reach out to us at support@degreeofdenim.com

Shipping Rates
Our shipping options range from $8 for the United States and $12 for all other countries. Depending on your global location, we will provide the best shipping options available. That includes all duties, essential taxes, and carrier fees for every customer, regardless of your shipping destination.
