I ordered the Spur Boot size US9 on 25th July and supposedly to receive it on 2-3 August but they took 2 weeks to dispatch and when I finally received my boots, the size is US 8.5. I was wondering that something is seriously wrong with my order because we exchanged several mails and they even agreed to refund me but at all last they assumed that one size down should be ok. Please be careful before you purchase anything from them. I had a miserable experience.
