Notch Floor Trouser

High waist trouser, sitting above the navel, cut wide through the leg to a floor length hem with a slight break at the floor. The front waist folds once asymmetrically rather than pleating conventionally, and there are welt pockets both front and back. Fabric has a visible satin face with enough weight to hold the drape rather than cling.
