Our sizing
Our footwear is listed in US sizing, and we stock half sizes. Order the US size you normally wear.
If you are between sizes or unsure
Sizing varies between brands more than most people expect, so a US 10 in one label is not reliably a US 10 in another. If you are ordering from us for the first time, it is worth measuring rather than assuming.
How to measure
- Stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall, wearing the socks you would wear with the shoes
- Mark the paper at the tip of your longest toe
- Measure from the wall edge of the paper to the mark
- Measure both feet and use the longer one
- Compare that figure to the measurement given on the product page
Measure at the end of the day, when your feet are at their largest.
Checking a specific pair
Individual styles are built on different lasts, so a boot and a clog in the same size can feel different. The product page is the reference for any given pair. If the detail you need is not there, contact us and we will get you the measurement rather than guessing.
If the fit is wrong when it arrives
You have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange, and the pieces need to be unworn with tags attached. See our return and exchange policy for what that costs.
When you contact us, tell us what size you ordered, what fit you got, and what you measured. We use those reports to sharpen our size guidance, so the detail genuinely helps.
