Our return and exchange policy

The window#

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to start a return or an exchange. The window runs from delivery, not from the date you ordered.

Condition#

Pieces must come back unworn, with all original tags still attached. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or returned without tags cannot be accepted.

Who pays for return shipping#

You cover it when the return is your choice — you changed your mind, or the piece is not what you wanted. This applies even if your order qualified for free shipping. Free shipping on the way out does not make the return free.

We cover it in full when the fault is ours:

• We sent the wrong item
• We sent a different size from the one you ordered
• The piece arrived damaged or defective
• Your order arrived materially later than we told you it would

In those cases nothing is deducted from your refund.

What return shipping costs#

When you are covering it, the cost is deducted from your refund. There is no flat fee. It depends on your address and the current carrier rate from there, so the exact amount is calculated when your return label is generated and shown to you before anything is finalized.

This is separate from the shipping you paid when you ordered, which is a flat $8 in the US and $12 international.

We do not offer free returns.

Returning part of an order that had free shipping#

If your order qualified for free shipping over $185 and you return part of it, we do not go back and charge you the original shipping, even if what you keep comes to less than $185. The free shipping stays free. Only the return shipping is deducted, and only when you are the one covering it.

Where we can send a return label#

We can generate prepaid return labels for:

• United States
• Canada
• Australia
• United Kingdom
• European Union

If you are returning from anywhere else, get in touch and we will work out the best option with you.

Your options#

When you return something you can choose:

• A refund to your original payment method
• An exchange for a different size or colour
• Store credit

Refund timing#

Refunds are processed within 14 days of your return reaching us. Once issued, your bank or card issuer typically takes a few more business days to post it.

Final sale#

Some pieces are marked final sale at the point of purchase. These cannot be returned or exchanged. If a piece was final sale, it is stated clearly on the product page before you buy.
