Our return and exchange policy
The window
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to start a return or an exchange. The window runs from delivery, not from the date you ordered.
Condition
Pieces must come back unworn, with all original tags still attached. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or returned without tags cannot be accepted.
What it costs
Return shipping is deducted from your refund:
- $8 within the United States
- $12 international, with duties included
We do not offer free returns.
If the return is our fault, we cover the shipping in full and nothing is deducted. That applies when we sent the wrong item, sent a different size from the one you ordered, or the piece arrived damaged or defective.
Your options
When you return something you can choose:
- A refund to your original payment method
- An exchange for a different size or colour
- Store credit
Refund timing
Refunds are processed within 14 days of your return reaching us. Once issued, your bank or card issuer typically takes a few more business days to post it.
Final sale
Some pieces are marked final sale at the point of purchase. These cannot be returned or exchanged. If a piece was final sale, it is stated clearly on the product page before you buy.
