When will I receive my refund?
The timeline
Refunds are processed within 14 days of your return arriving with us. The clock starts when the parcel reaches us, not when you posted it.
After we issue the refund, your bank or card issuer takes its own time to post the money to your account. That is usually a few business days but can be longer depending on the issuer. We have no control over that part.
Where your return is
While your return is travelling back to us, the tracking on your return label is the best source of truth. Return parcels sometimes go several days between carrier scans, which is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.
What gets deducted
Only return shipping, and only when you are the one covering it. There is no flat fee. The amount depends on your address and the current carrier rate from there, and is calculated when your return label is generated, so you see it before anything is finalized.
Nothing is deducted when the return is our fault — we sent the wrong item, the wrong size, the piece arrived damaged, or your order arrived materially later than we told you.
If your order had free shipping, we do not take it back. Returning part of an order that qualified for free shipping over $185 does not mean the original shipping gets charged to you after the fact. That stays free.
If it has been longer than expected
Contact us if:
- Your return arrived with us more than 14 days ago and no refund has been issued
- Your refund was issued more than 10 business days ago and has not reached your account
Include your order number and we will look into it.
