Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered. Items need to come back unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging. Start your return here and we'll take it from there.
What condition do items need to be in?
Exactly as you received them — unworn, unwashed, tags on, in original packaging, and free from stains, fragrance, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, or smoke. We can't accept anything showing wear that wasn't our doing. A few items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, like underwear, socks, or swimwear once a hygiene seal is broken.
How do I start a return?
Three steps. Start your return here, wait for approval, then we'll email you a shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without approval first can't be accepted, so always start online.
How much does it cost to return?
Return shipping varies by country. We'll send you the exact cost once we receive your return request — before you ship anything back, so there are no surprises.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return reaches our warehouse, we inspect it and process approved refunds within 14 days. If it's been more than 14 business days since your refund was approved and you still don't see it, email us at support@degreeofdenim.com.
How will I be refunded?
Your choice of three: back to your original payment method, an exchange for a different size, color, or piece, or store credit sent digitally as a gift card or code.
Can I exchange for a different size or color?
Yes. For the fastest turnaround, we recommend returning your original item, then placing a new order for what you want as soon as your return is approved. It's quicker than a traditional exchange.
What can't be returned?
Final sale items, gift cards, custom or personalized pieces, personal care or beauty products, and anything hazardous or flammable. Not sure about an item? Ask us before you buy.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
Check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us right away at support@degreeofdenim.com and we'll make it right.
I received an item as a gift. Can I return it?
Reach out to us at support@degreeofdenim.com and we'll help you sort it out. Returns usually need proof of purchase, so the simplest path is often looping in the person who placed the order.
I got a free gift with my order. Do I have to return it?
If you return a purchase that came with a promotional free gift, the gift needs to come back too — unused and in its original packaging. If it isn't returned, its value may be deducted from your refund.
I'm in the EU. What are my return options?
EU orders include a 14-day cooling-off period: you can cancel or return within 14 days, no reason needed. Items still need to come back unworn, unused, tags attached, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Orders ship within 1–4 business days (up to 5 during busier periods). After that, delivery usually takes 6–10 business days in the US and Canada, 7–12 in the UK, EU and elsewhere. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it's on the way.
Can I ship my order to another country?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery runs 12–14 business days for most countries outside the US, Canada, UK, and EU. If you don't see your country at checkout, email us at support@degreeofdenim.com and we'll sort it out.
How much is shipping?
$8 within the US and $12 everywhere else. That price covers carrier fees and any duties or essential taxes, so the number you see is the number you pay.
Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
For most orders, no — duties and taxes are already covered in your shipping cost. In a few countries, local charges may still apply when your order arrives. If that happens to you, email us at support@degreeofdenim.com and we'll help.
When will I get my tracking information?
Right after your order ships. You'll receive one or more emails with tracking numbers — more than one if your order ships in separate packages, which can happen depending on where each item comes from.
Where will my order ship from?
We ship from locations in the US, Asia, and Europe, depending on the item. If any part of your order ships from Asia or Europe, we'll let you know in your order confirmation email.
Why is my order taking longer than expected?
A few things can add time: customs processing, payment or credit approval, customized pieces, or delivery to a remote area. If your order hasn't arrived after 30 business days, contact us at support@degreeofdenim.com and we'll arrange a refund or replacement.
I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I fix it?
Email us at support@degreeofdenim.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll update it if we can. We can't take responsibility for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout — but if the mistake was ours, we'll make it right at no cost to you.
Can I get a refund if my order never arrives?
Yes. If your order hasn't arrived after 30 business days, reach out to support@degreeofdenim.com and we'll send a refund or a replacement.
Your Order
Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you can track it three ways: the tracking link in your shipping email, the order tracker on our website, or by logging into your account. If any part of your order ships separately, you'll get a tracking number for each package.
How do I track my order?
Use the link in your shipping confirmation email, head to the tracking page on our site, or log into your account to see status and tracking in one place. Tracking activates as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, so if it's not live yet, your order hasn't shipped.
Can I change or update my order?
Possibly — but only before it ships. Email us at support@degreeofdenim.com as soon as you can with your order number and what you'd like to change, and we'll do our best. Once an order is on its way, we can't make changes.
Can I add items to my order?
We can't add items to an order once it's placed. The simplest path is to place a second order for the additional pieces. If you catch it quickly, email support@degreeofdenim.com and we'll see what's possible before anything ships.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Email us at support@degreeofdenim.com with your order number and we'll cancel it and refund you. Once an order has been dispatched, it can't be cancelled — but you can return it once it arrives.

How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, plus Amazon Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We don't offer cash on delivery. However you pay, your details are handled securely and never stored by us.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. We offer Afterpay at checkout, which splits your order into interest-free payments over time. Choose it as your payment method when you check out, and Afterpay will walk you through the rest.
Are there purchase limits per order?
For most orders, no. Occasionally a promotion or limited release may cap the quantity per customer — if that applies, it'll be noted on the product or at checkout.
Size & Fit
What sizing do you use?
Our sizes are based on US sizing. Denim is typically listed by US waist size, and tops and outerwear by standard letter sizing (XS–XL). Because fit varies by style, we always recommend checking the measurements on the specific product rather than assuming your usual size.
Where can I find the measurements for a piece?
On each product page, under the size guide. Every piece lists its own measurements, length, shoulder, chest, sleeve, and so on.

Yes. Each product page has a size guide with measurements and how-to-measure notes, so you can compare against a piece you already own and love. You can also check our unicersal size guide here. I'm between sizes. Which should I choose?
When you're between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for comfort but the best move is to measure something you already wear often and compare it to the garment measurements on the product page. If you're still unsure, email support@degreeofdenim.com and we'll talk it through.
