Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return window, starting from the day your order is delivered. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help — just reach out within that timeframe to begin the process or start your return here.

What's Eligible

To qualify for a return, items must be sent back exactly as received:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Original condition with all tags attached
  • Free from stains, deodorant marks, fragrance, makeup, pet hair, or smoke
  • Certain products are not returnable for hygiene reasons (for example underwear, socks, or swimwear if any hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken)
  • Returned in original packaging (when applicable)
  • Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to refuse any return that shows signs of wear or use not caused by us.

The cost to return your order will vary depending on the country — we will provide the cost of the return upon receiving your return request.

Return Options

All approved returns are issued as:

  • Original payment method or
  • An exchange (size, color, or another item), or
  • Store credit (delivered digitally as a gift card or credit code)

Refunds to the Original Payment Method

If your return qualifies for a refund, we'll notify you once it's received and inspected. Once you've sent your items back to us, you should receive your refund within 14 days of it reaching our warehouse.

If more than 14 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at support@degreeofdenim.com.

  3. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Looking for the fastest turnaround? We recommend returning your item first. Once your return is approved, place a new order for the piece you want — easy and seamless.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@degreeofdenim.com so we can make it right.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized pieces
  • Personal care or beauty products
  • Hazardous or flammable materials

European Union Customers — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Orders shipped to the European Union are eligible for cancellation or return within 14 days, no questions asked. Items must be returned unworn, unused, with tags attached, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Gift with Purchase

If you receive a promotional free gift as part of a qualifying purchase, you must return the free gift in the event that the qualifying purchase is returned. If you fail to return the free gift with the qualifying purchase, the value of the gift may be deducted from the refund. The gift must be returned in an unused, unaltered condition, in its original packaging.
