Satin Flare Blouse

A notched lapel opening to a deep V, and below it a column of hook and eye fastenings running the length of the front. Sleeves are long and flare at the wrist into a wide cuff, cut open rather than closed. You set the lacing at the back once and mostly leave it, and it holds where you put it.
