How long will my order take?

Processing#

Standard processing is 1 to 4 business days before your order leaves us. You will receive a tracking email once it ships.

During busy periods and around new drops, processing can run to the longer end of that range.

Transit#

Transit time after dispatch depends on where the order is going and which of our facilities it ships from. Your tracking link is the accurate source once the parcel is moving.

We do not offer expedited shipping#

There is no overnight, express, or guaranteed-date option at checkout. If you need something by a specific date, we cannot guarantee it.

Shipping cost#

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and vary by destination. The final figure shows before you pay.

No tracking yet?#

If it has been fewer than 4 business days since you ordered, your order is most likely still in processing and tracking has not been generated yet. Tracking emails sometimes land in spam, so check there first.

If it has been longer than 4 business days with no tracking, contact us with your order number.

Orders shipping in more than one parcel#

If your order contains several pieces, they may ship separately and arrive on different days. Each parcel has its own tracking number. One item arriving without the other does not mean the rest is lost.
