I ordered the Brass Heel Slouch Boot. Though the arrived product resembles the online images in passing, almost none of the construction and visual qualities suggested by the online pictures are true - all the way from colour and texture, leather type, soles construction, and cheap synthetic inner lining. Instead what arrived is a cheaply constructed pair of boots with the flimsiest, thin, hollow, synthetic soles offering no rigidity or protection. One can literally twist the entire sole into a spiral or any other shape without any effort. My complaints and requests for refund process (logged via Chat and email) are completely ignored. Order with caution.
