Exchanging for a different size or colour

An exchange is a swap for the same piece in a different size or colour. If you want something else entirely, return the original for a refund and place a new order. That is usually faster.

What applies#

• The same 14 day window from delivery
• The same condition requirement: unworn, tags attached
• The same return shipping deduction: $8 US, $12 international

If the exchange is needed because we sent the wrong size or the wrong item, we cover the return shipping and nothing is deducted.

Availability#

We cannot hold a size while your return is in transit. New pieces drop daily and stock moves quickly, so the size you want may sell before your exchange is processed.

To check what is available right now, go to the product page. The sizes you can select are the sizes currently in stock. If a size is not selectable, it is not available.

If the size you wanted sells out before your exchange is processed, we will offer you store credit or a refund instead.

Footwear exchanges#

Our footwear is listed in US sizing and we stock half sizes, so you can usually move up or down in smaller steps than a full size.
