Where we ship from, duties, and customs

Where orders ship from#

We ship from facilities in the United States, Asia, and Europe. Which facility your order leaves from depends on the pieces in it. If any item ships from Asia or Europe, this is noted in your order confirmation email.

Orders ship to your country from those facilities. We do not hold local stock in every market.

Do you ship to my country?#

If your country is selectable at checkout, we ship there. The checkout is the accurate answer, since the list changes.

Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories are treated as domestic.

Duties, taxes, and customs#

We aim to prepay duties, taxes, and carrier handling fees so that you are not asked for anything extra on delivery. In most cases you will owe nothing.

We cannot fully guarantee this. Local customs authorities set their own rules and occasionally apply additional charges on arrival or hold a parcel for inspection, which adds time. That is outside our control.

If you are asked to pay an unexpected charge, contact us with your order number and the paperwork before paying, and we will look at it.

International returns#

Return shipping for international orders is $12, duties included, deducted from your refund. Full detail is in our return policy.
