When will I receive my refund?

The timeline#

Refunds are processed within 14 days of your return arriving with us. The clock starts when the parcel reaches us, not when you posted it.

After we issue the refund, your bank or card issuer takes its own time to post the money to your account. That is usually a few business days but can be longer depending on the issuer. We have no control over that part.

Where your return is#

While your return is travelling back to us, the tracking on your return label is the best source of truth. Return parcels sometimes go several days between carrier scans, which is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

What gets deducted#

Return shipping is taken off the refund:

• $8 within the United States
• $12 international, duties included

Nothing is deducted when the return is our fault, meaning we sent the wrong item, the wrong size, or the piece arrived damaged.

If it has been longer than expected#

Contact us if:

• Your return arrived with us more than 14 days ago and no refund has been issued
• Your refund was issued more than 10 business days ago and has not reached your account

Include your order number and we will look into it.
