Payment methods and paying in instalments
What we accept
The full list of available payment methods shows at checkout. It varies slightly by country, so the checkout is the accurate answer rather than a fixed list here.
Paying in instalments
We offer Shop Pay Installments. Select Shop Pay at checkout to see whether you qualify and what the terms are.
Eligibility, the number of instalments, and any interest are set by Shop Pay, not by us. We cannot approve, decline, or adjust an instalment plan, and we cannot see why an application was declined. Shop Pay handles that side directly.
Currency
You are charged in the currency shown at checkout. Your bank may apply its own conversion or foreign transaction fee on top, which is between you and your issuer.
Declined cards
Declines come from your bank, and the reason is not shared with us. Usually it is one of:
- Card details or billing address not matching what the bank has on file
- An international transaction block on the card
- Insufficient available balance
Check the billing address matches your statement exactly, then try again or use a different method.
Pending charges that look like duplicates
If a payment is retried, you may see more than one pending authorisation. These normally drop off within a few business days without becoming real charges.
If a duplicate charge has actually settled rather than sitting as pending, contact us with your order number and we will resolve it.
Discount codes at checkout
Express checkout methods such as Apple Pay and Google Pay do not always show a discount code field. If you have a code to apply, use standard checkout instead.
